Ian has been supremely supportive throughout the sale of my late mother’s home. From advising how to ready the house, to finding a good buyer, to helping manage the solicitors constant enquiries and their shortcomings. Always available to help. Plus using his long experience and long list of contacts to get this ordeal over the line. So hard working. I will recommend him to everyone. Importantly, he’s a lovely guy!

Ian sold my mother’s property a few years ago, she was really pleased with the service so me and my husband decided to use Ian for a probate property. Ian was very quick to get the house on the market and the property was sold quicker than we expected. The communication was really good and we were kept updated all the time. Ian was recommended by our son, who had been very pleased with the service he got.
Our experience was no less impressive. He was very professional and friendly from the moment we met, advising on the most advantageous way to sell our house. Ian and the team was great from start to finish. I was kept up to date with all viewings / Questions. The Sell was quick mainly cos i believe Ian and the team was on top of everything. Selling or buying talk to these guys first.

Ian recently helped my retired mum with the buying and selling of her homes. Ian was very patient with her and instead of talking on the phone to explain requirements & stages to her he went to the house in person. We met Ian at the viewing for a house we were considering to buy. He talked about the house as if it was his own and was very open with helpful advise on what to consider... we didn't proceed on that transaction however when we were ready and needed to sell Ian was the only one that came to mind.
Ian visited us to value our home and made suggestions on how to get it ready for potential viewings.
Ian and Janet are excellent at what they do, from instruction to completion they managed our expectations throughout the process and were very good intermediaries between us and our buyers.
